# Steel City Organizer — End-User License Agreement

Effective date: August 29, 2026

## 1. About this software

Steel City Organizer (the "Software") is an internal business application owned and operated by Steel City Natural Gas ("SCNG," also doing business as Pittsburgh Water Heater Service). The Software is used to manage the company's own leads, customers, estimates, scheduling, and invoicing. It is a private tool: it is not sold, licensed, or offered to the general public.

## 2. License

SCNG grants authorized company personnel a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Software solely for company business. You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, or provide access to the Software to anyone outside the company.

## 3. Acceptable use

Users must use the Software only for legitimate business purposes, keep any credentials confidential, and must not attempt to circumvent its access controls or use it to access data unrelated to their work.

## 4. Third-party services

The Software connects to QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.) and Google Workspace services under those providers' own terms of service. Use of the Software must also comply with those terms.

## 5. Data

Business and customer information handled by the Software remains within company-controlled systems. See our Privacy Policy for details on how customer information is collected and used.

## 6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCNG is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Software.

## 7. Termination

SCNG may suspend or revoke access to the Software at any time, for any reason.

## 8. Changes

SCNG may update this agreement from time to time; the current version will be posted at this page.
